My First Game: A Game of OXO

This is my first game outside of other game engines (e.g. Unity, etc.)
It's a simple game of Tic Tac Toe. It supports vs computer, or two player modes
At present it is only Windows

If you encounter any issues please let me know, I created this as a learning exercise trying to create a game with minimal dependencies, so I'd love to hear where things don't work so I can continue working and learning
